- HealthcareThe Superintendent
- Healthcare will:Lead onsite construction operations for healthcare and hospital renovation projects.Manage schedules, site logistics, subcontractors, and safety programs.Coordinate project execution with owners, architects, engineers, and project teams.Ensure quality standards and project milestones are consistently met.Oversee projects valued at $25M+ from start through completion.Travel throughout Maine to support active project sites.A successful Superintendent
- Healthcare should have:10-15+ years of construction superintendent experience.Proven healthcare or hospital renovation project experience.Track record leading large-scale projects valued at $25M or more.Strong leadership, scheduling, and team management skills.Ability and willingness to travel throughout Maine.Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.Upon offer, the Superintendent
- Healthcare will receive:$130,000 - $150,000 USD base salary (Depending on experience)Company truck allowance
