Job Description

Manage day-to-day field operations on 3-4 concurrent commercial projects. Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using scheduling software. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project objectives. Partner with project management teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects. Track record delivering projects valued between $1M-$10M. Proficiency with construction scheduling software and Procore. OSHA 30 certification required. Experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail, airport, or commercial interiors preferred.
