Job Description
SuperintendentThe Superintendent will report into Regional Operations Leadership and be responsible for leading all field operations from project kickoff through completion. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.Lead daily on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through closeout
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely project delivery
Enforce safety standards and promote a strong safety culture on-siteConduct quality control inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications
Collaborate closely with Project Managers to proactively resolve field challenges

Experience within education, healthcare, office, industrial, manufacturing, retail, or government construction
Proven ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades
Strong scheduling and site logistics experience
Knowledge of construction safety requirements and industry best practices
Ability to travel regionally when project demands require itStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with construction management software and scheduling platforms preferred
What's on offer:Base salary of $100,000 - $160,000 depending on experience
