With a strong reputation for employee retention, collaborative leadership, and consistent project backlog, the company offers the stability of an established builder while maintaining a close-knit, people-first culture.Job DescriptionLead daily on-site construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Drive project schedules, sequencing, logistics planning, quality control, and trade partner productivity. Champion jobsite safety, ensuring compliance with company standards and OSHA requirements. Conduct weekly coordination meetings, provide project updates, and serve as the primary field leader on-site. Strong knowledge of scheduling, trade coordination, and construction sequencing
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office preferred
Humble, driven, team-oriented, and motivated to deliver exceptional projects
