Job Description

Superintendent

  • Mclean, VA will be responsible for:Oversee day-to-day field operations on healthcare construction projects

Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met

Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site logistics

Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and company procedures

Partner closely with Project Managers to track progress, costs, and quality

Lead site meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders

Manage projects primarily across Northern Virginia, DC, and surrounding areas

  • Mclean, VA should have:5-7 years of experience in construction management roles1-3 years of healthcare project experience required

Proven experience leading at least one project as a SuperintendentStrong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and safety practices

Experience with all major construction trades (concrete, steel, interiors, etc.)Ability to independently manage project schedules and field operations

Familiarity with construction software such as Procore and Microsoft ProjectExperience on projects valued at $30M or below (ground-up or interior) preferred
