• Lead ground-up and renovation healthcare building and construction projects across Los Angeles and Orange County
• Manage day-to-day field operations, schedules, and subcontractor performance
• Ensure strict compliance with HCAI / OSHPD requirements and inspections
• Drive a strong safety culture and maintain excellent site safety records
• Coordinate closely with PMs, owners, inspectors, and trade partners
• Mentor junior field staff and help build long-term project teams
• Take ownership of project outcomes from precon through closeout

• Healthcare should have:* Proven Superintendent experience on healthcare building and construction projects

• Strong working knowledge of HCAI / OSHPD standards and inspections
• Consistent track record of strong site safety and clean safety records
• Ability to lead trade partners, inspectors, and field teams effectively
• Experience managing schedules, site logistics, and fast‑paced environments
• Long-term mindset with interest in growth, ownership, and team culture
