Job Description
SuperintendentA well-established, privately held general contractor with a strong pipeline of projects is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site operations across a diverse portfolio of commercial builds. This Superintendent role offers autonomy, leadership responsibility, and clear progression within a people-focused business.As a Superintendent, you will report into senior operations leadership and act as an equal partner to the Project Manager in delivering projects successfully.Lead day-to-day site operations on projects ranging from $5M-$30MOwn project scheduling, sequencing, and field execution from start to finish
Manage subcontractors and ensure all work aligns with project timelines and quality standards
Enforce safety procedures and maintain compliance across all site activities
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to drive progress
Oversee inspections, punch lists, and project closeout

Proven experience managing ground-up or renovation projects ($5M-$30M)Background in sectors such as education, healthcare, retail, or light industrial
Strong scheduling and site leadership capability (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Project)Ability to take full ownership of site execution and drive performance
Willingness to travel within region as required
Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented mindset
What's on offer:Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 depending on experience
