- Healthcare will:Lead field operations for healthcare and commercial construction projects.Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control.Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Collaborate with Project Managers and General Superintendents.Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders.Drive jobsite safety and compliance initiatives.Manage multiple project phases from mobilization through closeout.A successful Superintendent
- Healthcare should have:5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.Healthcare project experience preferred but not required.Ability to manage projects valued up to $30M.Experience using Procore and standard construction management software.Strong leadership and communication skills.Must be able to commute to Hartford, CT and project sites throughout Connecticut.Upon offer, the Superintendent
