Manage ICRA considerations and safety in sensitive environments

Oversee subcontractor coordination and sequencing

Maintain project documentation, inspections, and scheduling updates

Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards Profile 5+ years Superintendent experience

Healthcare or institutional project experience strongly preferred
