Construction Site Manager

Our client is a respected construction firm with more than 80 years of industry experience and a strong presence in multiple US markets. Known for its innovative mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement, the company delivers a diverse portfolio of healthcare, commercial, multifamily, higher education, public sector, and renovation projects.

Manage day-to-day site operations from mobilization through project completion. Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and client stakeholders. Lead occupied renovations, base building, and interior fit-out projects valued up to $30M+. Ensure safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved.

3-7 years of construction superintendent experience. Background delivering healthcare construction projects. Experience with occupied renovations and interior fit-outs. Proven ability to self-manage schedules and project execution. Proficiency with Microsoft Project and field coordination.
