Construction Site Manager

Job Description
- Lead all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with project management teams, clients, architects, and engineers.
- Manage daily site operations, manpower planning, and logistics.
- Conduct project meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee quality control and ensure work is completed according to contract documents.
- Support successful delivery of projects across life sciences, healthcare, infrastructure, corporate interiors, renovations, and new construction sectors.

The Successful Applicant
- 8+ years of construction experience in a Superintendent or field leadership role.
- Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Background in renovations, fit-outs, corporate interiors, infrastructure, healthcare, life sciences, or new construction projects preferred.
- Experience working within a General Contractor, Design-Build, or Design-Assist environment.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain project momentum in fast-paced environments.
