Job TitleSite ManagerJob DescriptionManage commercial interior projects (restaurants, Class A office, medical). Lead site operations from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee subcontractors, schedules, and quality control. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Take full ownership of projects in a hands-on GC environment.The Successful Applicant7-8+ years of commercial construction experience. Background with a smaller GC (full project lifecycle exposure). Strong experience in interiors (restaurant, office, or medical TI). Proven ability to run projects independently.What's on Offer$115K-$130K base salary. 5-10% bonus + 401K (4% match). 90% healthcare covered + $500/month allowance.
