Job Description
As Superintendent, you will be responsible for the following:
- Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up construction projects
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Maintain project schedules and coordinate construction activities
- Conduct site meetings and ensure proper communication across the project team
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance throughout construction
- Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and site logistics
- Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of construction experience preferred
- Ground-up multifamily residential or commercial experience required
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field operations
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
- OSHA/Safety training preferred
