Superintendent - $30M+ Healthcare Projects- Raleigh

The Superintendent - $30M+ Healthcare Projects- Raleigh will be responsible for:

• Lead all on-site construction activities and daily field operations.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term project schedules.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of jobsite safety.
• Conduct regular site inspections and proactively resolve field issues.
• Manage site logistics, workforce planning, and material deliveries.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and design teams.
• Monitor project progress and maintain accurate field documentation and reporting.
• Lead punch-list activities, project closeout, and turnover processes.

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, sequencing, and field operations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience leading subcontractors and managing multiple trades on-site.
• Thorough understanding of jobsite safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency with construction management software and field reporting tools.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality projects and exceptional client service.

The Superintendent - $30M+ Healthcare Projects- Raleigh will receive:

• Base salary contingent on experience, ranging roughly $100,000-$150,000
