Job Description

Lead ground-up commercial projects from site mobilization through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, self-perform crews, and project stakeholders. Manage safety, quality, scheduling, and daily site operations. Oversee site development, utility, concrete, and structural activities. Resolve field challenges quickly to maintain project schedules.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have: Superintendent experience on ground-up commercial construction projects. Strong understanding of site work, utilities, and concrete operations. Experience managing multiple trades simultaneously. Ability to thrive in fast-paced construction environments. Proven track record delivering projects safely and on schedule.
