Job Description
Lead and manage all field operations from project start through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved on time. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners. Drive quality control efforts with a particular focus on high-end interior finishes. Maintain a safe and productive jobsite while enforcing company safety standards. Conduct regular progress meetings and communicate updates to project stakeholders. Identify and resolve field issues proactively to maintain project momentum. Manage punch list activities and ensure successful project turnover.

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects. Proven experience delivering projects with Class A finishes. Background in hospitality, Class A office, corporate interiors, mixed-use, or other high-end commercial sectors. Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and trade coordination. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
