The company is particularly recognized for healthcare construction but also works on education, commercial, faith-based, recreational, and other complex institutional facilities. Known for its emphasis on Lean Construction principles, it focuses on improving project efficiency, collaboration, and overall client experience.Job DescriptionOversee project planning and daily operations to ensure timelines and budgets are met. Facilitate communication and collaboration between clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities. Verify that all project activities adhere to healthcare standards, regulations, and safety requirements. Monitor expenses and resource allocation to maintain effective budget control. Strong understanding of construction best practices, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership abilities with clear, effective communication skills. Proven track record of overseeing complex schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects finish on time and within budget.
