Job Description
Lead Historic Restoration Project ManagerManage all on-site construction activities for a historic renovation and restoration project. Lead daily field operations to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and productivity objectives are achieved. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues. Ensure work is completed in compliance with contract requirements and regulatory standards. Maintain project documentation and communicate updates to project leadership. Enforce jobsite safety practices and company standards. Experience managing commercial, federal, municipal, or similar construction projects is required. Strong field leadership and subcontractor management skills are necessary. Proven ability to maintain schedules, quality standards, and safety compliance is essential. Experience overseeing renovation, restoration, or complex construction projects is preferred. Willingness to work on a project located in Vermont through anticipated completion in Feb 2027 is required.
