Job Description

Leadership Role In Commercial ConstructionStep into a leadership role on a small, high-impact team! Diverse commercial projects across NoVA (ground-up + interiors)!Job DescriptionThis role will oversee field operations across multiple commercial projects, ensuring execution, safety, and schedule adherence.Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors

Coordinate schedules, logistics, and inspections

Ensure safety, quality, and project milestones are met

Work closely with Project Managers and leadership

Proven experience running ground-up projects $15M+Background in churches, schools, or commercial builds preferred

Strong leadership skills; able to mentor junior supers

Comfortable working in a smaller, team-oriented environment

Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project experience
