Job Description

Superintendent

  • Greenville will be responsible for:Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout

Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with the Project ManagerCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners

Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations

Conduct site meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders

Monitor project quality and ensure work is completed to specification

Identify and proactively resolve construction challenges and scheduling conflicts

  • Greenville will have:5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor

Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects

Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Excellent leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills

Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and industry best practices

Experience using construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms

Stable work history with a track record of successfully delivering projects
