Job Description

Construction Site ManagerOur client is a respected construction management, design-build, and general contracting company serving Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. They have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across a diverse range of sectors, including commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, senior living, education, healthcare, retail, and residential construction.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day field operations from project startup through completion

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and site logistics

Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or challenges

Enforce site safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance

Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work meets specifications

Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and consultants

Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site operations independently

Ground-up construction experience strongly preferred

Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and safety practices

Experience with Procore and BluebeamOSHA 30 CertificationMassachusetts CSL License required for candidates pursuing the Amesbury project

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
