Job Description

Strong Growth Opportunity with a Premier Indianapolis GCOur client is a top ENR-ranked, family-owned builder delivering projects from modest builds to luxury developments across commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors throughout the Midwest. With a backlog of over $250M+ in active Indy work and strong repeat national clients, they offer stability, growth, and diverse project exposure.Job DescriptionManage all field operations.Create and manage the cost-loaded project schedule.Coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, drawings, and specifications.Responsible for all labor and equipment costs, including input with the monthly projections.Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risk.Understand the contract documents to foresee problems before they arise.Communicate quality standards to each subcontractor and vendor.Manages job site cleanliness.Assists the Project Manager in preparing monthly billings.Prepare daily logs.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Experience running your own self perform crews, preferred but not required

Experience with 3-6 schedule look-aheads

Master schedule experience is a plus

Healthcare, Industrial, Education, or Commercial project experience
