Job Description
SuperintendentAs a Superintendent, you'll be responsible for managing all on-site aspects of construction projects. Key responsibilities include:Oversee daily job site operations from mobilization to final punch list
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain schedule and quality
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve field issues
Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, safety reports, and inspections
Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and trade partners
Lead site meetings and ensure alignment across all trades
Ensure high standards of workmanship and adherence to project specifications

Strong understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordination
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsOSHA 30 certification preferred
