Job Description

Healthcare Construction Specialist Role

Lead all field operations on healthcare construction projects. Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, and quality control. Coordinate project schedules and daily construction activities. Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project to track progress and reporting. Ensure AHCA compliance and successful project delivery.

Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000 + Bonus. Annual bonus opportunity up to 15%. Consistent pipeline of healthcare projects in Tampa Bay. Long-term career growth with a growing Florida operation.
