Self-perform: None, all construction management Backlog: Pipeline into 2027, 150 units built per year
DescriptionAct as day‑to‑day field leader on assigned projects
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, with a strong focus on MEP‑intensive scopes
Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards, infection control requirements, and safety protocols
Maintain strong client relationships, particularly with VA stakeholders
Review drawings, sequences, and scopes to proactively identify conflicts
Occasionally perform hands‑on work when needed (swing a hammer)Work closely with the General Superintendent and Ownership ProfileDemonstrated track record of five years as a successful Construction Superintendent in commercial construction.Exceptional leadership abilities, inspiring and motivating project teams to achieve outstanding results.Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.Proficiency in interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications, ensuring accurate project implementation.In-depth knowledge of construction safety practices, regulations, and compliance, prioritizing the well-being of the project team.Strong organizational and time management skills, adept at prioritizing tasks and meeting project deadlines.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
