Construction Superintendent
- Academic/Higher EdOversee all phases of construction projects for academic and higher education facilities. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly. Prepare and present progress reports to project stakeholders. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve design and construction challenges. Foster a positive team environment and ensure clear communication across all project teams.A successful Superintendent
