- Healthcare will:Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain seamless workflow.Oversee and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all times.Monitor project budgets and track progress to identify and address potential issues.Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications effectively.Lead and mentor on-site teams to maintain efficiency and high-quality workmanship.Communicate project updates and challenges to stakeholders promptly and professionally.Ensure all permits and inspections are completed and documented as requiredMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
