Superintendent for Healthcare Interior RenovationsMy client is a leading construction firm based in Northern Virginia. They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to join their dynamic team. This role is essential to managing and overseeing construction projects in occupied hospital spaces. If you have a strong background in healthcare interior renovations and possess the professionalism required to work in sensitive environments, we want to hear from you!Job DescriptionManage and supervise construction projects in occupied spaces, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.Oversee healthcare interior renovation projects, adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.Maintain a high level of professionalism while working in occupied hospitals and healthcare facilities.Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
