Job Description
The Superintendent- Commercial Renovations- Maine will:
- Manage all interior construction activities for a $15M community living facility renovation consisting of two buildings.
- Lead day-to-day field operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues to maintain timelines.
- Collaborate with project leadership and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Support future projects primarily located within one hour of Portland, Maine.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent- Commercial Renovations- Maine should have:
- 5-10 years of construction experience.
- Experience working for a commercial general contractor.
- Proven superintendent or field leadership experience on commercial construction projects.
- Strong background in renovation and interior fit-out work.
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain project schedules.
- Willingness to work on-site in Augusta, Maine and throughout Southern Maine as needed.
