The company has experienced significant recent growth while maintaining a people-first culture centered on collaboration, accountability, and work-life balance.Job DescriptionLead daily field operations for ground-up and interior renovation projects valued between $1M-$10M. Manage project schedules, subcontractors, safety, quality, and site logistics. Coordinate closely with project management teams, clients, and design partners. Drive successful completion of healthcare, restaurant, veterinary, dental, and commercial projects. Ability to oversee multiple trades and maintain project momentum from start to finish
