Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and project stakeholders
Manage project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules
Maintain clear communication and documentation throughout the project
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and mission-driven values
The Successful ApplicantDemonstrated leadership abilities that encourage teamwork and effective communication
Significant experience overseeing construction projects within educational environments
Strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
Thorough knowledge of construction safety requirements and regulatory standards
Dedicated to executing purpose-driven projects with honesty, accountability, and professionalism
