Job Description
Superintendent
- Healthcare & K-12Support or lead on-site construction activities across assigned projects. Coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and daily site operations. Maintain project schedule, safety, and quality standards. Assist with site logistics, phasing plans, and inspections. Collaborate with Project Managers and clients. Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols. Track progress and report field updates.A successful Superintendent
- Healthcare & K-12 should have: 5+ years of construction experience (Superintendent or Assistant Super). Experience in K-12, Higher Ed, Healthcare, Corporate, or Warehouse projects. Ability to support mid-large projects or run smaller scopes. Strong scheduling and coordination skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and field operations.Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 USD annually. Bonus potential up to 16%, 401k + 8% match, PTO. Full health, dental, vision benefits. Vehicle allowance.
