About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Traveling Superintendent to work on jobs throughout California, who thrives in fast‑paced environments and takes ownership of every phase of the project. • Ensure project quality standards are met from start to finish
  • Manage cost control for general conditions
  • Prepare and maintain required project documentation
  • Lead fast‑paced projects operating six days a week with hard completion deadlines

If you enjoy problem‑solving, building strong teams, and driving projects forward with confidence and clarity, you'll be a great fit here.

About You

You're someone who is hands‑on, solutions‑oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional work. You know how to lead people, communicate clearly, and keep projects running smoothly - even under tight timelines.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of construction experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong working knowledge of all trades and the ability to read/interpret plans and specifications
  • Prior experience as a foreman or journeyman preferred
  • OSHA 30‑hour certification (or equivalent)
  • CPR & First Aid certified
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Project or a similar scheduling tool
  • Beginner to intermediate experience with Procore or comparable platforms
  • Strong understanding of digital documents, images, and related tools
  • Retail project experience is a plus, but not required

Why You'll Love Working Here

We're committed to supporting you - on and off the jobsite. Our goal is to help you build a long, fulfilling career while being part of a team that values trust, respect, and family.

Benefits include:

  • Medical, Dental, Vision
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Student Loan Assistance
  • Identity Theft Protection
  • Employee Assistance Program
