Commercial Superintendent, Healthcare, biotech, technology, pharmaceutical, k-12

An established commercial general contractor in the Denver area is hiring a highly experienced Superintendent to lead $30M-$50M construction projects. The firm specializes in healthcare, biotech type projects. They want a Superintendent that is confident with early involvement, direct coordination, supportive environment, high retention, diverse high impact commercial projects, comprehensive benefits, and career development.

What you'll do

Lead field operations on healthcare projects from start to closeout.
Manage superintendents, subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety on site.
Coordinate with project managers, and owners.
Cover projects at other locations now and then, usually for a week at a time when the need comes up.

What you bring

5+ years in a superintendent role.
Considerable experience as a leader in federal construction.
Reliable transportation.
FAA or DoD project experience is strongly preferred.
EM 385-1-1, OSHA 30, or OSHA 10 qualifications are preferred.
Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
4 year College Degree
