Develop and maintain project schedules and site logistics plans
Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries
Enforce safety standards and quality control measures
Manage owner, architect, and subcontractor relationships in the field

Proven experience managing ground-up commercial projects
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to proactively solve problems and maintain project momentum
Experience coordinating multiple trades and maintaining project schedules
Familiarity with Southern Nevada construction practices is preferred
