Maintaining safe, clean, and organized jobsites
Managing schedules, sequencing, and weekly 3-week look-ahead planning
Partnering closely with Project Managers to maintain alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle
Conducting weekly safety inspections and toolbox talks
Proactively identifying and solving field issues before they become larger problems
Managing project documentation through Procore including daily logs, RFIs, punch lists, photos, and field coordination
Coordinating inspections, deliveries, and subcontractor scheduling
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes thoroughly
Supporting quality control and driving projects to successful completion
The Successful Applicant5+ years of GC experience
Proficient in Procore required
Ability to work well in the field with subcontractors
Ground-up experience in retail/commercial/industrial preferred
Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred
What's on OfferCompetitive base salary ranging between $115,000-$125,000$500/month auto allowance
