Job Description

Level 2 Healthcare Superintendent

Lansing / Grand Rapids, MI | Immediate Need (Relocation Assistance Provided for Relocators)

An established and respected commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Level 2 Healthcare Superintendent to support projects across the Lansing and Grand Rapids markets.

KEY REQUIREMENT

5+ years of healthcare construction experience is REQUIRED.

The strongest candidates will have:

Significant occupied hospital renovation experience
Experience working around active patients, staff, and hospital operations
Strong understanding of infection-control requirements and construction phasing
Experience managing positive and negative air pressure
RF shielding experience strongly preferred
Ground-up healthcare experience is a plus
Ability to manage multiple trades, subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety
