Job Description
Job TitleSite ManagerJob DescriptionOversee and manage day-to-day operations across multiple active construction sites. Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, safety standards, and quality expectations. Coordinate and lead subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to drive accountability and teamwork. Enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols. Review project drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and alignment. Facilitate site meetings, inspections, and progress updates with stakeholders. Anticipate challenges and implement solutions to prevent delays or disruptions. Support quality assurance, punch list completion, and project closeout processes. Mentor junior field staff and Assistant Superintendents to develop leadership capabilities. Ground-up commercial experience required, including experience with land development. Master scheduling and MEP experience preferred. Proven ability to oversee multiple projects at once, ideally within multifamily. Consistent track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. Solid knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and industry best practices. Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking abilities. Skilled in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project, along with platforms like Procore. Thorough understanding of OSHA standards and safety management practices.
