Superintendent of Construction

Division: RCS Construction (Piqua, Ohio)

About Us: RCS and Bruns Construction have been serving the commercial and residential construction industries for more than 70 years. RCS has succeeded in the industry for years by a forward-looking approach to building a high-quality product and by retaining and recruiting some of the best associates from the region. Duties: Manage day-to-day operations of the construction site. Manage workers to ensure completion of certain tasks by scheduled time. Coordinate with subcontractors and Project Manager to complete job on time and budget. Ensure necessary material is delivered at appropriate time. Quality control on the job site. Helping with onboarding of new subcontractors.

Prefer some time spent studying construction management. Experience working in various fields in the construction industry, knowledge of common materials, equipment, and tools is a must. Require some time spent in field with other company Superintendents to ensure competence and understanding of duties. Hands on leader. Our work is first shift, Monday - Friday.

Salary negotiable BOE.
