Superintendent-Tampa-Construction

Job Description

Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure project progress and quality.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain schedules and budgets.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
Work closely with project managers to address challenges and maintain timelines.
Inspect work completed by subcontractors to ensure it meets project specifications and standards.
Monitor material deliveries and inventory to avoid project delays.
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
Communicate project updates and issues to stakeholders as needed.
