Job DescriptionThe Superintendent
- Healthcare Construction
- Springfield, MA will:Oversee daily operations of construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide project activities.Monitor job site safety and compliance with all regulations and standards.Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, changes, and challenges.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.Resolve any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track.Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
