• Supervise a team of associates and support staff while overseeing day to day case activity
• Review and guide settlement demand letters, complaints, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions, handle selected court appearances, and attend mediations and settlement conferences
• Lead strategy on employment litigation matters, including wage and hour, class actions, and class certification work
• Support trial preparation and attend trial when needed

Qualifications:

• Prior supervising attorney experience with proven leadership and team management skills
• Background in plaintiff employment litigation with strong research, writing, and litigation skills
• Experience with wage and hour class actions and class certification motions is preferred
• Ability to operate under pressure, prioritize deadlines, and serve as a strong representative of the firm
• Interest in implementing and overseeing the firm’s AI litigation tools
