  • Program Development: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement innovative mental health programs and services that meet the evolving needs of women.
  • Direct Patient Care: Maintain an active caseload, providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and treatment for women, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management with a focus on personalized, evidence-based care.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care. Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.

  • Valid state medical license
  • 5+ years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Genuine interest in continuing to see patients directly, in addition to supervisory responsibilities
  • Demonstrated commitment to women's mental health and patient-centered care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and team members
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Nice to Haves:

  • Specialized training in psychopharmacology or psychiatric care related to women’s health.
  • Experience in telehealth or remote care delivery.
