This role is ideal for a strong leader who enjoys working with people, maintaining smooth daily operations and delivering excellent customer service.Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow
- Lead and support team members while fostering a positive work environment
- Assist with training new employees and enforcing company policies and procedures
- Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback
- Handle customer questions, concerns and complaints professionally
- Manage scheduling and coverage including one weeknight per week and every other weekend
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe workplace
- Outgoing, energetic personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including evenings and alternating weekends
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
