Job Description

What Does a Distribution Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola?Responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of product, according to policy and customer requirements, and management of drivers within a specific territory.

Job Details: Schedule: 12:00pm- 9:00pm Mon- FriJob Level: 5

Responsibilities:

Manage human capital efficiently ensuring proper delivery according to planned volume, customer expectations and internal policiesTrain, develop and evaluate drivers to efficiently deliver and merchandise productCommunicate daily with the delivery team to create visibility while fostering a culture of trust and productivityCommunicate with sales, fleet, warehouse, and other partners to ensure business operations are as efficient as possiblePerforms other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High School Diploma (or GED) requiredBachelor's Degree preferred4+ years' experience in consumer products/direct store delivery required2+ years' experience supervising delivery staff in distribution related industry requiredKnowledge of DOT Federal state regulations/guidelines preferredProficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookAbility to influence and collaborate effectively with the other departments and functionsDriving record within MVR policy guidelinesCLASS A CDL is preferredOccasional work on weekends and holidays is required
