Supervisor, Electrical Maintenance and Instrumentation
Where will you work: Our Bartow facility- 3200 Highway 60 West, Bartow, FL 33830. In this role you will work four 10 hour days (6:30AM - 4:30PM Monday- Thursday)
Join our team as the Supervisor, Electrical Maintenance, where you will lead and develop a team of EIA Technicians while driving excellence in asset health and maintenance execution. In this role, you will oversee key reliability tools such as PM, PDM, and RCFA, guide effective planning and scheduling workflows, and ensure all work is completed safely and to the highest standards. You will conduct audits and inspections, authorize work permits, support maintenance, sustaining capital, and expansion commissioning activities while fostering strong engagement and performance within your team.

Help shape the maintenance budget for your area and make smart decisions that drive efficiency.
Champion internal work standards to keep quality and safety at the forefront.
Lead your team with clear direction and constructive feedback so everyone knows their role and goals.
Coach and develop talent, addressing performance issues and helping employees grow their careers at Mosaic.
Drive preventive and predictive maintenance plans to keep operations running smoothly.
Own the weekly maintenance workflow schedule and ensure everything stays on track.
What you'll need:
High School diploma or GED
Working knowledge of SAP or other related CMMS
5+ years of related experience
Journeyperson Electrician or related certification
Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
Bonus points if you have the following:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
