A few details about the role:
Curate an events calendar that reflects the interests and energy of our independent living residents from intimate socials to large-scale community celebrations.
Design and execute both on-site experiences and off-campus excursions - such as day trips, cultural outings, and seasonal experiences worthy of an active lifestyle that promotes well-being.
Motivate and promote lifestyle offerings to residents to enhance participation.
Champion resident satisfaction by delivering consistently high hospitality standards and proactively responding to feedback and evolving preferences.
Lead both individual and group programming sessions, fostering connection, engagement, and a genuine sense of community belonging.
Recruit, onboard, and direct a volunteer team that matches individuals to roles where they can make the biggest impact.
Partner with resident committees and resident interest groups to co-create programs that support resident interests, desires, and give purpose.
Oversee the coordination of resident transportation logistics for recreational and event programming, ensuring seamless, comfortable experiences end to end.
Oversee the promoting and publication of the lifestyle department through digital platforms, monthly publications such as newsletters and calendars as well as announcements.
And here is what you need to apply:
Bachelor's degree
Three to five years applicable experience
Certifications required by state regulations are preferred. Industry certifications include NCCAP or CTRS.
