Location: Atchison, KS Salary: $70,000.00 USD Annually - $85,000.00 USD Annually Description: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor Summary: Oversees electrical maintenance activities for facility equipment, capital projects, and system upgrades. Supports engineering leadership by coordinating electrical work, ensuring code compliance, and maintaining strong communication with maintenance and operations teams. Promotes safety, develops procedures, and mentors electricians. Key Responsibilities Plan, install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment Lead and support maintenance electricians during project work Install wiring, controls, conduit, and power feeds for new machinery Troubleshoot equipment and perform electrical testing Assist with procurement of electrical components and project materials Help develop electrical standards, processes, and documentation Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 5–7 years of electrical field experience Industrial or manufacturing experience preferred Electrical Engineering degree and CAD experience preferred Master Electrician License preferred Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD Physical & Work Environment Ability to move throughout the facility and lift up to 50 lbs #JDP By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
