Supervisor Of Materials Tech (Day Shift)

$70,637.00 - $113,027.00

The distribution supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the distribution warehouse so that the department's functions are carried out in an efficient and timely manner. This position is responsible for monitoring work assignments, analyzing usage reports to determine stock levels, and managing cycle counting of inventory. The supervisor will also participate in quality improvement, implement programs that ensure the smooth workings of the department, and emphasize on improving customer service to all departments.

Full Time / Day Shift

Primary Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional weekend coverage when needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate Degree required. Equivalent related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

• Requires two years of Supply Chain experience.

• Must have the ability to teach and have demonstrated ability in written and oral communications and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn and train staff on use of asset management systems. Ability to carry out responsibilities without direct supervision.

• Work is performed in a clean, climate-controlled, well-lit environment. Exposure to and contact with disinfectants, cleaning agents and sterilants.
