Join Our Team in Louisville, KY - PRS Auto is Hiring a Rail Terminal Supervisor of Operations

We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team working at the TDSI / CSX rail terminal in Louisville, KY. this role, you’ll oversee the unloading of brand-new automobiles from railcars. No prior experience is needed—we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.

About the Role:As a Rail Terminal Supervisor, you’ll coordinate daily operations to meet customer expectations. You’ll lead a team, prioritize safety and efficiency, and ensure vehicles are unloaded and placed accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate vehicle unloading.
Monitor team performance and productivity.
Ensure safety standards are followed.
Communicate with customers and manage equipment availability.
Maintain inventory accuracy and vehicle security.
Assign duties and manage staffing levels.
Collaborate with terminal leadership to improve operations.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Important Notes:

You’ll be employed by PRS Auto, not the railroad.
Applicants must live within 45 minutes of the terminal.
